The National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA) is offering national board certification in Patent Litigation this Spring. To receive certification, an attorney must complete an application and pass an examination. The Spring Examination may take place remotely at the attorney’s home or office on Saturday, April 23, 2022.  Applicants must register for the test by April 6, 2022, by going to https://www.nbtalawyers.org/registration/.

NBTA also offers board certification in Civil Trial Law, Civil Practice Advocacy, Complex Litigation, Criminal Trial Law, Family Trial Law, Social Security Disability Law and Truck Accident Law.   NBTA is the largest and oldest national board certifying organization in the country. Its programs are accredited by the American Bar Association.
