Tuca Zbarcea & Asociatii’s practice in Intellectual Property comprises an eight strong-member team formed of certified IP counsellors affiliated to the National Chamber of the Romanian Consultants in Industrial Property, lawyers specialising in IP related-advisory work and dispute resolution lawyers handling IP related disputes.
