He will lead Omnus Law’s efforts in AI and technology, helping clients stay ahead of innovation.
  • Steven M Shape (Illinois), Partner & Chair of the Intellectual Property Practice: A registered patent attorney with over 40 years of experience in IP law, Shape has helped businesses protect and monetize their innovations. He holds a JD from DePaul University College of Law, a Certificate in Intellectual Property from the University of Cambridge, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois. At Omnus Law, he will strengthen the firm’s IP practice, guiding clients in safeguarding their competitive edge.
  • Denise A Pollicella (Michigan), Partner & Chair of the Cannabis Practice: Pollicella, a nationally recognized cannabis law authority, brings decades of experience, including drafting Michigan’s cannabis legislation. She earned her JD from Wayne State University Law School and a BA from the University of Michigan. At Omnus Law, she will grow the cannabis practice by guiding clients through opportunities in this evolving industry while ensuring compliance and strategic growth.
  • Rehan K Hasan (Colorado), Partner & Chair of the Corporate Practice: Hasan, a corporate law expert with over two decades of experience, has guided startups and Fortune 500 companies through mergers, acquisitions, and strategic growth initiatives. He earned his JD from Northeastern University School of Law and a BA from Dartmouth College. At Omnus Law, he will strengthen the Corporate Practice by delivering innovative solutions and navigating clients through complex transactions.
