Maucher Jenkins has arrived in the German capital. With the opening of its new office in Berlin, it is now directly available to its clients on-site.
Adlershof is one of Germany’s leading science and technology parks. Universities, research institutions, companies, and startups collaborate here to drive innovation—an environment where intellectual property protection is essential.
With the opening of this office, Patent Attorney Peter-Michael Nern joins the team, bringing an established client base and extensive experience. Together with him, valued colleagues from both firms will strengthen its presence in Berlin.
Peter-Michael Nern, Patent Attorney, European Patent, Trademark, and Design Attorney, said: “For many years, I have built my practice in Berlin and advised my clients on all aspects of intellectual property protection. By joining Maucher Jenkins, I am continuing this work within a strong, international team and look forward to developing the new office together.”
Together with Patent Attorney Dr Patrick Saloga, the firm is expanding its Berlin office.
Dr Patrick Saloga, Patent Attorney, European Trademark and Design Attorney, said: “Berlin is my home—I grew up here, studied here, and conducted research here. After my training with Maucher Jenkins, it is fantastic to be back and to help establish the new office in my hometown.”
Managing Partner Felix Rummler from the Munich office oversees the development of the office and ensures close integration with the existing firm structure in Germany, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and China.
Felix Rummler, Partner, European Patent, Trademark and Design Attorney, said: “Opening our Berlin office is an important step to be even closer to our clients in the capital. Adlershof, as a center for technology and science, provides an ideal setting for our work. We are delighted to welcome Peter-Michael Nern and his team to Maucher Jenkins.”
Maucher Jenkins’ clients now benefit from a direct point of contact in Berlin, short distances, and personalized advisory services. Maucher Jenkins looks forward to engaging with the local community and supporting them with its expertise.
