Graham Burnett-Hall has joined Shoosmiths‘ Intellectual Property (IP) team as a partner, enhancing the firm’s capabilities in patent litigation and supporting its strategic ambitions for growth in key sectors and in the London IP market.
With a clear strategy to achieve excellence in its three core focus areas for IP by 2030 – Technology, Life Sciences, and Brands – the firm welcomes Graham as a seasoned patent litigator with a strong reputation both nationally and internationally. Graham’s experience spans high-value and complex patent litigation, particularly in the life sciences and medical devices sectors, where he has represented prestigious clients such as Roche, Meril, and Sun Pharma.

We are excited to leverage Graham’s expertise to take our IP team to the next level.”
Graham’s appointment significantly bolsters Shoosmiths’ patent litigation capabilities and his expertise will enable Shoosmiths to attract highly specialized, complex work for the world’s major technology companies, further enhancing the firm’s presence in the market for patent work and IP more generally.
“I am thrilled to join Shoosmiths and contribute to its continued success,” said Graham Burnett-Hall. “I look forward to collaborating with the talented IP team to further grow our patent practice and solidify Shoosmiths’ position as a leader in intellectual property law.”
