Loïc Lemercier focuses on patent litigation and all areas of intellectual property and know-how. For more than 10 years, he has advised clients in the pharmaceutical and telecom sectors on strategic legal developments related to patent infringement and/or nullity actions, unfair competition, and FRAND licenses. He was previously Head of the Intellectual Property practice of Clifford Chance as Counsel.
He holds a Master 2 in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Paris XII in 2008. He is also a lecturer in intellectual property law at the Paris Bar School (EFB). He is recognized as a Rising Star in Managing Intellectual Property’s IP Stars ranking of 2020-2021.
