Rachel Taylor was promoted to Senior Associate as of 1 January 2024
Carpmaels & Ransford is pleased to announce the promotion of Rachel Taylor to Senior Associate, effective from 1 January 2024.
Rachel joined Carpmaels & Ransford in 2005 before qualifying as a Chartered Patent Attorney and European Patent Attorney in 2009. Her diverse practice spans the Engineering, Tech, Chemistry, and Materials sectors, from oil-in-water emulsion adjuvant manufacture through to animal nutrition, skincare, and medical devices.
Rachel has substantial experience prosecuting European patent applications, as well as working on many European oppositions and appeals across a variety of subject matter. Alongside her European work, Rachel manages large global portfolios and has extensive prosecution experience outside Europe, including Japan, China, Brazil, and the US.
