About Anderson’s practice
Anderson represents clients in a variety of areas, including corporate litigation, commercial litigation, securities litigation, and trade secrets litigation, as well as across industries such as computer software, life sciences, consumer products, and electronics. He also focuses on false advertising litigation and advises corporations, alternative entities, directors, management, and stockholders on their rights and obligations under Delaware law.
Recognized several times by Delaware Super Lawyers and The Best Lawyers in America®, Anderson has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and matters involving corporate governance, appraisal, and indemnification. He is also well versed in handling restrictive covenants, trusts and estates, and misappropriation of trade secrets.
Anderson received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
