CTC Legal Media is thrilled to welcome Elizabeth Jordan as the new Editor-in-Chief of The Trademark Lawyer and The Patent Lawyer magazine.

Elizabeth shares her excitement in taking on the new role:

“I was previously the editor of Global Railway Review and Building Services & Environmental Engineering before that. My experiences as an editor across the industries of these magazines have been an adventure, and I loved getting to know the secret worlds hidden behind the very specific skills and interests in each.

“From the unique language of acronyms to the crucial knowledge of which social events are the place-to-be each year, I am looking forward to learning about the trademark and patent law industries and meeting as many industry experts as possible.

“Our upcoming Winter Intellectual Property Conference in November will be the perfect opportunity for this, so if you haven’t already got your tickets, please register here.

“I suppose if I’m going to be getting to know you all, it’s only fair you know a bit more about me: I studied English Literature at the University of Westminster; tap-dancing used to be among my skills –  though I can’t say if it still is… I am a member of the Ricardian Society, and I am not a fan of spiders.

“With that vital information imparted, I’d like to say that I will be working my hardest to steer The Trademark Lawyer and The Patent Lawyer to our readers’ greatest advantage, highlighting the hot topics around the world, speaking to the brightest stars, and even testing new waters.

“If you would like to reach out to me directly, please add me on LinkedIn or email me at: elizabeth@ctclegalmedia.com.”
