December 27, 2023 – Eversheds Sutherland is pleased to announce the election of eight new partners and the promotion of 12 new counsel – two of whom practice intellectual property law – effective January 1, 2024.

The following attorneys, who practice intellectual property law, have been promoted to counsel:
Joshua W Branson, resident in the Austin office, advises clients on a variety of intellectual property matters, including preparing and prosecuting patents, trademarks, and copyright and developing intellectual property portfolio strategies.
Cameron Murphy, resident in the Atlanta office, focuses on intellectual property litigation matters, patent and trademark prosecution, portfolio management, licensing, and counseling. He regularly counsels clients in a wide variety of industries, including biotech and medical devices.
