$40M funding in nine months: DeepIP rewrites the rules of patent AI

New York, Paris – March 3 – DeepIP, the workflow-native patent intelligence platform, has raised $25M in Series B funding, bringing total capital raised to $40M, to build AI into every step of the patent lifecycle.

Trusted by thousands of patent professionals across more than 400 law firms and corporate IP teams—including Greenberg Traurig, Mewburn Ellis, Dexcom, and Philips—DeepIP is rapidly becoming the system of record for AI-native patent work.

This funding accelerates the company’s mission to make AI a first-class, trusted layer across every step of the patent lifecycle.

While AI has become increasingly common in patent practice, most tools remain siloed—supporting individual tasks while forcing professionals to manage disconnected systems and manually carry context as work moves from one stage to the next.

The $25M Series B round, co-led by Serena (Dataiku), also includes participation from existing investors Balderton (Revolut) and Headline (Mistral AI).
