Leading full-service Venezuelan firm HPCD is entering into a strategic alliance with GB, a full-service, Aruba-based firm that was founded in 2000 and specialises in a range of corporate and commercial and intellectual property services. The alliance combines over 90 years of experience in intellectual property and corporate matters, servicing clients from Latin America, the Caribbean, Asia, Europe and the US. HPCD was named Venezuelan Law Firm of the Year at the 2014 Chambers Latin America Awards and is widely recognised as one of Venezuela’s market leading IP firms (it is ranked as a Band 1 firm by Chambers & Partners, The Legal 500 and Managing Intellectual Property). GB is one of Aruba’s leading law firms. It has a strong presence in the Caribbean, with offices in Curaçao and Bonaire, as well as in Washington D.C. and the Netherlands.
